At Certified Hearts Mobile Phlebotomy & Testing Services, we strive to provide exceptional service to every client. Please review our refund policy below.
Appointment Cancellations
Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance may be rescheduled at no additional charge.
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation fee and are not eligible for a refund.
Mobile Service Fees
Travel fees for mobile appointments are non-refundable once our healthcare professional has been dispatched to your location.
Services Rendered
Once a service has been completed, no refunds will be issued.
Laboratory Fees
Laboratory testing fees are non-refundable after specimens have been collected or submitted for processing.
Duplicate Payments
If you are accidentally charged more than once for the same service, we will promptly issue a refund for the duplicate payment.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
